Employers are required to provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds where the installation and use of such protection is feasible and does not create a greater hazard.    M V Services, Inc. project site located at the new Fire Station in Minocqua, WI: On and about June 14, 2017, employees erecting scaffold were exposed to falls when the competent person did not determine whether fall protection was feasible and guardrails were not completed as the erection progressed the length of the scaffold.
