29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxillary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substanially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a) Warehouse - A Cutler Hammer box used to control the table saw was observed with one unused opening exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards on or about June 15 2017. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
