29 CFR 1910.110(b)(10)(ix): Safety relief valves did not have direct communication with the vapor space of the container at all times:    a) Loading dock: Propane storage rack - three out of six LPG cylinders stored horizontally in a storage cage did not have the safety relief valve above the liquid level of the tank exposing employees to fire hazards, on or about June 15, 2017.     No abatement certification or documentation required.    Clinton Industries was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.110(b)(10(ix), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1091972, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1140 Edison Street, York Pa 17403.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxillary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substanially equivalent to the wall of the equipment:    a) Warehouse - A Cutler Hammer box used to control the table saw was observed with one unused opening exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards on or about June 15 2017.    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.    Clinton Industries, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.303(b)(7)(i)which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1091972 citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 1140 Edison Street York, Pa 17403.
