29 CFR 1926.1053(a)(13): The employer failed to ensure that the minimum perpendicular clearance between the fixed ladder rungs, cleats and steps, and any obstruction behind the ladder was (7) inches: On or about May 3, 2017: stairway; employees were using a ladder to access the roof area in which the side rails did not extend three feet above the roof area, exposing them to a potential fall hazard of ten feet to the floor. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
