OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each employee employment and a place of employment which was free from the recognized hazard that was causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from an improperly installed monorail system. On or about June 20, 2017, in the warehouse where employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when operating a Handling Systems jib crane without the monorail foundation being properly installed.
