29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment    a) Laminating room, on or about 6/20/17: An employee operating a chop saw was exposed to flying wood particles and saw dust by not wearing safety glasses with side shields.    b) Laminating room, on or about 6/20/17: An employee operating a Giben saw was exposed to flying wood particles and and saw dust by not wearing safety glasses with side shields.    c) Main assembly area room, on or about 6/20/17: Two employees operating a Giben saw were exposed to flying wood particles and saw dust by not wearing safety glasses with side shields.    d) Main assembly area room, on or about 6/20/17: Three employees operating an edge bander were exposed to lacerations and abrasions by not wearing safety glasses with side shields.    e) Laminating room, on or about 6/20/17: Employee operating a stapler was exposed to lacerations and abrasions by not wearing safety glasses with side shields.
