29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Employees working near the south wall in the carpenter shop were exposed to slip and fall hazards in that the floor had not been swept, resulting in a build up of flammable and potentially slippery dust.
