29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: On or about June 19, 2017, employees were framing the residential apartment complex under construction up to approximately 18 feet high without fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard. The Jose Gracias dba KE Construction company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1192325, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 23, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1221 New Meister Lane, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
