29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On or about June 24, 2017, employees framing a residence on a 5:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling 11 and 20 feet to the ground by a fall protection system. Kayco Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1136535, Repeat Serious citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 2, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3126 Twilight Court, Middleburg, Florida.
