29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On the 8:12 pitch roof, on the Pinewood Church, located at 198 Knight Boxx Rd, Middleburg FL: On or about 5/2/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 12-foot 11-inch to 24-foot from the roof eaves and the edges of the peaks of roof gables to the ground in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
