29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: On or about June 20, 2017 employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards from trailers used to stage pre cast concrete. Employees were required to work from the trailer deck and no inspections were performed by the employer to ensure the walking working surface were maintained in a safe condition.
