29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  For the auto shop, as observed on or about 06/27/2017, the following strain relief hazards were present:  a) The power cord for the pipe bender had no strain relief at its plug resulting in strain being placed on the inner conductors.  b) A red extension cord had insulation revoved at its plug resulting in a lack of strain relief
