OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to potential crushing hazards from hydraulic lifts:  a) For the hydraulic lift that was located outside, exterior to the building, as observed on or about 06/28/2017, hydraulic lines were cracked and damaged resulting in the potential for hydraulic leaks to occur.   b) For an interior hydraulic lift, as observed on or about 06/28/2017, safety stops were not functioning properly and were attached to a bungee cord.
