Employees are exposed to struck by hazards. Employees working in the laser machines area (EMLK 3610 and bystronic) are exposed to struck by hazards when driving forklift 9 did not have a nonskid surface for the brake pedal and it was not taken out of service. b. Employees are exposed to struck by hazards. Employees working in the laser machines area (EMLK 3610 and bystronic) are exposed to struck by hazards when driving forklift 5 did not have a audible back up alarm and it was not taken out of service.
