29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about June 28th, 2017 employees were exposed to an 18 foot fall hazard while installing shingles on a 5/12 pitch roof without the benefit of fall protection in the vicinity of 827 Birdie Court in Mapleton, North Dakota. NOTE: Assured Quality Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1147549, Citation 1, Item 1a , and was affirmed as a final order on 8/16/2016, with respect to a workplace located at or near 3893 47th Avenue in Fargo, ND.
