29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On March 26, 2019, and at times prior employees were exposed to a ten foot fall hazard on a 4:12 pitch roof while installing shingles without the benefit of fall protection in the vicinity of the 2700 Block of Divide Street West in West Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for violations of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1243336, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as final order on September 26, 2017, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of 827 Birdie Court in Mapleton, North Dakota and OSHA Inspection Number 1147549, Citation 1, Item 1a, and was affirmed as final order on August 16, 2016, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of 3893 47th Avenue in Fargo, North Dakota.
