29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt or harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift: (a). Worksite located at 1001 E. 32nd Street, Joplin, Missouri- Employee was observed working in an aerial lift without the use of having a lanyard attached to his harness and attached to the boom or basket of the lift. The employee also did not have his leg straps wrapped around his legs.
