29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Each scaffold platform and walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: On the south side of the building being constructed the employer did not ensure that the walkways being utilized during plastering operations were more than nine (9) inches wide. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately five and one-half feet from the walkway to the ground.
