29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: a) G&L Russo Masonry Inc. at 847 S Columbine Street, Denver, CO 80209: The exposing employer did not ensure that baseplates on the fabricated frame scaffolding along the west side of the building were level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement. Some scaffold baseplates extended over the mudsills and were not secured. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of the scaffold shifting, scaffold collapse, and fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds where the installation and use of such protection was feasible and did not create a greater hazard: a) G&L Russo Masonry Inc. at 847 S Columbine St, Denver, Colorado 80209: On and before June 30, 2017, the employer did not provide fall protection for two employees that were erecting a section of fabricated frame scaffold that measured two-frames wide, four-levels high where the installation and use of such protection was feasible and did not create a greater hazard. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 26 feet.
