29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used. On or about June 29, 2017, on the 1st floor girls bathroom annex, the employer allowed an employee to use a Dewalt DW130 drill as a mixer. The Dewalt DW130 mixer electrical power cord, outer sheathing was broke/cracked.
