29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used. On or about July 19, 2018 the employer allowed employee to use a 7 1/4" Circular Skilsaw, in front of the building, at the walkway that had the power cord outer sheathing cracked.
