29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: a) USS Gonzalez DD-66, Helicopter Deck: On or about 06/27/2017, the temporary branch circuit of quadraplex receptacle outlets had one duplex side missing a cover screw that caused the outlet to lift from the box thereby exposing employees to internal conductors. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
