The warehouse was not regularly inspected to find and correct struck-by hazards such as, but not limited to, pallets that are not centered on front and back beams of warehouse shelves, pallets that have been pushed out of position by pallets on the backside of the rack, and pallets that extend too far over the front beam of a rack shelf.    e. The warehouse was not regularly inspected to detect struck-by hazards by finding, unloading, and preventing the use damaged rack supports, beams, and braces.    f. A riding pallet jack parked at the entrance to the guardrails protecting the electrical panels located near the battery chargers was a tripping hazard to employees turning lights on/off at the electrical panel.        In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
