29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structure: An addition being constructed to Target: On or about July 7, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees used entrance and exits to go in and out of the building where there were scattered pieces of masonry bricks, broken sheetrock, wood stakes debris, boards with nails, and left over materials exposing employees to slips, trips, and fall hazards.
