Or In the Alternative:   29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a) Maintenance Shop, 300 Palm Street, Scranton, PA - Employees used a Craftsman 10-in Table Saw Model No. 137.248480 (Serial No. RDW2067) for through sawing (crosscutting or ripping) materials (plastic or wood) and were exposed to injuries due to the absence of a guard over the top portion of the circular saw blade that protruded above the surface of the table, on or before July 2, 2017.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this violation.
