A. Campbell Soup Supply Company LLC located at 12773 St. Rt. 110, Napoleon, Ohio: On or about June 28, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees were properly trained in the energy control procedures utilized while making piping changes on the "J" Filler. The pump was not isolated and the piping was not drained prior to work commencing. An employee sustained burn injuries from stored hot water in the piping after a clamp was removed.
