29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 717 Walton Ct., Moorestown, NJ : On or about July11, 2017, Xtreme Home Improvement LLC. employees were conducting roofing activities on the steep sloped roof of a large two story new construction single family residence. four employees were observed walking the roof, moving materials and tools. The employees were wearing harness and safety lines were installed. However, the employees were not connected to the lines and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.
