29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) Bldg Home Sites 101, 100, 99, 98, Mews at Laurel Creek, Moorestown, NJ :  On or about August 24, 2017, Xtreme Home Improvement LLC. employees were conducting roofing activities on the steep sloped roof of a large two story new construction townhome.  Four employees were observed installing shingles.  The employees were wearing harness and safety lines were installed.  However, the employees were not connected to the lines and were thus exposed to fall hazards of 15  feet to greater than 25 feet to the ground below.
