29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: (a) FG Construction at 602 Tamarack Drive, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487: On or before 06/27/17, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while roofing a two-story residential property. The employees were tearing off shingles without the use of fall protection. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet.
