29 CFR 1926.100(a) Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   (a)  Employees were installing roofing tiles using Hitachi nail guns at a new residential home located at 5504 Enology Way, McKinney, TX. At least one (1) employee working from the ground and passing roofing materials up to the upper level was exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists.
