29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness was not recorded on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred: (a) Worksite - 34 Terrace Drive, East Greenwich RI, 02818 On or about 6/23/2017, the employer was notified of a work related injury to one of his employees, which resulted in medical treatment beyond first aid, and did not record the incident on the company OSHA 300 Log and OSHA 301 Incident Report within seven days.
