OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees when employees were exposed to electrical hazard; a) On or about 07/12/17 in the utility room adjacent to the milking parlor; employees were exposed to electrical hazards when employees are unable to access the electrical panel in case of an electrical emergency due to the electrical panels being blocked by chemical containers. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
