29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: On or about 7/12/2017 at 1270 Friendship Road Braselton, GA workers were observed on the high roof without any fall protection exposed to fall hazards of 9-feet, 5 1/2-inches to the lower roof level and 42-feet, 5 1/2-inches to the ground. Dyer Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1060710, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/19/2015 , with respect to a workplace located at 1530 Joy Lane Decatur, GA.
