29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a)  At 1541 West Beach Boulevard, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about July 12, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to work from a aerial lift basket without a full body harness exposing him to a fall hazard of up to 30 feet to the ground below.
