29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     a) Creekside Way, River Walk, Burlington Twsp., NJ:  On or about July 12, 2017, LSA Construction LLC employees were conducting framing activities on a three story new construction town home style residence.  A single employee was observed walking the second story exterior wall top plates  The employee was taking measurements and marking the plate for the placement of floor joists.  The employee was not using any form of fall protection and was thus exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet to the ground below.       The employer,  LSA Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081874, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1636 Ridge Ave., Phila, PA.
