29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) Forge Mill, Florence Twsp., NJ:  On or about July 28,2018, LSA Construction LLC was the controlling employer of a jobsite were sub-contractor employees were conducting sheathing activities on a three story new construction apartment style residential structure.  Two employees were installing roof sheathing without any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of 25 feet to the ground below.      The employer,  LSA Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081874, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/11/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1636 Ridge Ave., Phila, PA.   The employer,  LSA Construction LLC was previously cited for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1246630, citation number 01, item number 01, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/05/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Creekside Way, Lennar @ River Walk, Burlington, NJ 08016 .
