29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a- 17 Jacob Francis Way, Ewing NJ:  Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 22 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's upper pitched roof, from the top of a dormer's framing AND from the residential structure's exterior wall top plates while performing framing and other related activities without fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 03/25/25.  b- 16 Jacob Francis Way, Ewing NJ:  A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 3 inches to surfaces below, when walking and working from the structure's exterior wall top plates without fall protection.  Condition observed on or about or about 03/25/25.    LSA Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1762501, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/08/24, with respect to a workplace located at 87 Truehart Way, Hopewell NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
