29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a-  87 Aaron Truehart Way, Hopewell NJ: The company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 9 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working at and near the unprotected edges of a residential structure's second floor while not using fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 07/17/24.  a-  87 Aaron Truehart Way, Hopewell NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's exterior wall top plates while not using fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 07/17/24.
