29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Bay Area: On July 13, 2017, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazards from a power cable where strain relief was not intact, exposing electrical wiring on a Puma 3.2 HP 60 GAL Air Compressor.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Bay Area: On or about July 13, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by and high pressure system hazards from a compressed gas cylinder that contained gases such as, but not limited to, Argon/Carbon Dioxide (75%/25%), that was unsecured.
