Tetra Tool, Inc.- On or about July 14, 2017, and times prior thereto: Employees worked with or around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, oils, coolants and lubricants, during production operations. The employer did not provide employees with information and training on the physical and health hazards of the hazardous substances to which they may be exposed.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a.) Tetra Tool, Inc. - On or about July14, 2017, and times prior thereto: Employees worked with or around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, oils, coolants and lubricants, during production operations. Safety data sheets for materials including, but not limited to, Waylube, Gesswein Stoning Oil/Mineral Seal Oil, and CM Vantage CSS-NR7 Blue, were not maintained at the worksite nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure SDSs could be provided to an employee requesting access to the document.
