The booth was not equipped with automatic sprinklers.

29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: (a) On or about 07/14/2017, at spray area, for the spray booth being used by auto refinisher to spray paint automobiles containing flammable chemicals such as, but not limited to, xylene, and acetone. The employer did not keep the sides of the spray booth free from combustible material such as cardboard.
