Employees were exposed to fall hazards from and elevation exceeding 6 feet. Jesus Espinoza Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1000507, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at14628 Igor Kaleri Ave, El Paso, TX 79938 .

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill: Construction site: July 13, 2017, employees did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of fall protection equipment by wearing a harness but not a lanyard while engaged in roofing activities. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard.
