For falling objects too large, heavy or massive to be contained or deflected, the employer did not place and secure such potential falling objects away from the edge of the surface from which they could fall.      Location: 933 East Second St., S. Boston, MA     On or about July 17, 2017 employees were exposed to struck by hazards, while working on scaffolding where directly above, construction debris was being tossed off a forth floor and into an adjacent dumpster and hard hats were not worn.
