29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about July 17, 2017, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working out of a vehicle mounted aerial lift painting canopy poles at a convenience store and the employee did not attach his lanyard to the anchorage point in the basket.
