29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: Jobsite: Employees were replacing a mansard roof from ladder jack scaffolding without the use of fall protection exposing them to falls of approximately fifteen (15) feet to the ground below. B & D Construction Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 912633, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 9, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 128 Dean Street, Taunton, MA 02780.
