When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided.     On or about July 19, 2017, employees in the production area were exposed to slip and fall hazards due to wet floors from the accumulation of water from draining and cleaning the mixing vessels throughout the day.  The employer did not ensure the production floor was maintained in a dry condition.    There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
