29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):    (a) Rocky Mountain Conveyor and Equipment Inc. at 6750 E 46th Ave., Denver, CO: On or before 7/14/2017, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labled, tagged, or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v).  The employer stored chemicals such as motor oil in unmarked containers.  This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv):  (a) Rocky Mountain Conveyor and Equipment Inc. at 6750 E 46th Ave., Denver, CO:  On or before 7/14/2017, the employer did not provide hazard communication training to employees.  Employees used several chemicals at the site including carpet glue, acetone, welding fumes, motor oil, and naphtha.  This condition exposed employees to the chemical hazards associated with the use of these chemicals.
