29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about July 17, 2017 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located near 2905 N University Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas, employees were observed working on the roof of a residential house without any type of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall from height hazards.

29 CFR 1926.59: 1926.59: As referenced by 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   On or about July 17, 2017 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located near 2905 N. University Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas, the employer had not developed a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to, but not limited to, Holcim Mortamix Masonry Cement and sand used to mix with masonry cement. This condition exposes employees to chemical hazards.
