29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about February 2, 2022 and times prior there to, at a residential dwelling under construction, employees conducted frame installation work activity at heights greater than six feet without fall protection. Miguel Mendez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1432797, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 27, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 4111 Blue Quail Road, Laredo, Texas 78046. In Addition, Miguel Mendez was previously cited for a "repeat violation" of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1250197, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7415 Stephen King Lane, Laredo, Texas 78040.
