29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Hand-fed ripsaw(s) did not have non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator: a) Main Production floor: On or about June 26, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while operating a Jet 12" Tilting Arbor Saw, JTAS-12X-5/1LFR, without the anti-kickback fingers in place. b) Cedar Rip Area: On or about June 26, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while operating a Dewalt 10" Table Saw, Model DW744 without the anti-kickback fingers in place.
