29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(7)(iv): The employer did not provide to all employees who perform housekeeping work in areas where ACM and/or PACM is present, the locations of ACM and/or recognition of ACM and PACM damage and deterioration:    Or in the alternative:    29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(ii): Information. Employees shall be informed of: any operations in their work area where hazardous chemicals are present.    a)  Employees such as but not limited to the Environmental Services staff that performed housekeeping and cleaning duties in and around the medical laboratory, could not access information on the location of the asbestos containing floor tiles and floor backing material to include asbestos containing mastic.  Locations of the ACM were kept on computer data bases and the Environmental Services staff didn't have ready access to use computers when performing their duties when performing work in other department areas.    b)  Employees that worked in and around the medical laboratory, such as but not limited to the Environmental Services staff and the Respiratory Therapy staff, were not provided adequate information about the possible health risks that were caused by leaking or over flowing liquids from laboratory processing instruments.  Reoccurring leaks from the processing instruments caused damage to the asbestos containing floor tiles and mastic.
